Q. Does this product come with a hose?
A. No, this product does NOT come with a hose. This product comes without a hose supplied so that you can install your own hose. The hose you see in the picture is the leader hose that runs between the hose cart and the tap, only.
Q. How easy is the cart to assemble?
A. We've made it very easy to assemble with only a few steps to complete assembly. It only requires a phillips head screwdriver to assemble.

Australia AustraliaTHIS METAL HOSE REEL CART IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. YOU CAN ACTUALLY PULL THE HOSE OUT ALL THE WAY (30 METRES) WITHOUT THE CART TOPPLING OVER. IT WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE, IS VERY STURDY, AND WINDING IT BACK ON IS SO EASY. A FANTASTIC PRODUCT.
AustraliaHaving used both cheaper and more expensive hose reels, this one is better than most. The hose feed does not work that well and it does tip over, but overall it is a fair quality product for the price.
AustraliaI spent at least 6 hours over a couple of days trying to assemble the reel. The brochure you sent was basically not of any use to me. I relied on the YTube video watching pausing watching pausing. If I had not had the video, I would not have been able to assemble it. However now that it is assembled it is working well. Despite the assembly issues I would recommend the finished product

I’d read reviews on far cheaper hose reel carts at other shops and all had bad reviews mostly stating that they broke.
