Q. Does this product come with a hose?
A. No, this product does NOT come with a hose. This product comes without a hose supplied so that you can install your own hose. The hose you see in the picture is the leader hose that runs between the hose cart and the tap, only.
Q. How easy is the cart to assemble?
A. We've made it very easy to assemble with only a few steps to complete assembly. It only requires a phillips head screwdriver to assemble.

I can honestly say, I had some concerns that it might be a gimmick purchasing it over the internet sight unseen, but my concerns were put to rest as soon as unboxing it. The unit is super easy to assemble with excellent, simple instructions and once assembled you can see the quality and thought placed into it's ergonomic design. The has made the portability and painful job of raveling up a hose simple, quick and easy. The reel stand does not need to be pegged down as it does not budge from it's position when reeling off the hose. All in all great product by Aussies for Aussies! The customer support was an excellent experience and they helped me navigate the product line and by the way they live in Australia and speak ENGLISH!! The postage was smooth sailing and I received notification with tracking, what more could you ask for.
