Part 1 , About These Terms

1. These terms and conditions cover three separate Hoselink promotions running between 7 October and 1 November 2026:
i. The Hose Amnesty , a photo submission promotion. Every valid entrant receives a $10 discount code. Not a game of chance.
ii. The Weekly Evolve Draw , a trade promotion and game of chance, with four weekly prize draws.
iii. The New Home Movers Pack , a free digital gardening guide. Not a competition and not a prize draw.
2. Parts 1, 2, 6 and 7 apply to all three promotions. Parts 3, 4 and 5 apply only to the promotion they name. Where a clause in Part 3, 4 or 5 conflicts with a clause in Part 1, 2, 6 or 7, the clause in Part 3, 4 or 5 applies to that promotion.
3. All three promotions are offered by Hose-Pro International Pty Ltd trading as Hoselink (“Hoselink”, “we”, “us”), ABN: 33 096 552 751, 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, Australia. Ph 1300 900 617.
4. By entering any of these promotions you agree to these terms and conditions, which apply in addition to Hoselink’s Terms of Sale, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy available at hoselink.com.au.
5. Each promotion opens at 9:00am AEDT on Wednesday 7 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026, unless stated otherwise below. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Part 2 , Who Can Enter

6. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
7. Employees of Hose-Pro International, their immediate family members, and any person associated with the conduct of these promotions are not eligible to enter.
8. All three promotions are free to enter. No purchase is necessary, and no purchase will improve your chance of winning the Weekly Evolve Draw.
9. Entries are collected through a third-party entry platform. Hoselink is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical fault, network failure or user error.
10. Incomplete entries, entries using a false or invalid email address, and entries generated by automated means will be deemed invalid.

Part 3 , The Hose Amnesty

How to enter
11. To enter, complete the entry form on the Hose Amnesty page at hoselink.com.au and provide:
i. a photograph of a garden hose you own (your “Submission”);
ii. a valid email address; and
iii. your consent to receive Hoselink marketing communications.
12. Additional questions on the entry form , including your state, hose length, set-up and the problem you are having , are optional. Answering them does not change your reward or your entry into the Weekly Evolve Draw.
13. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Where multiple entries are received from the same person or email address, only the first valid entry will be accepted.
14. You may submit a photograph of a hose of any brand, including a Hoselink product.
15. The Hose Amnesty is not a game of chance and does not involve a prize draw. Every valid entry receives the same reward.
What your photograph must not contain
16. By submitting a photograph you warrant that:
i. you took the photograph, or you own all rights in it;
ii. it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
iii. any identifiable person appearing in it has consented to its submission and use under these terms, and no person appearing in it is under 18; and
iv. it does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or that disparages any person or business.
17. Hoselink may reject or remove any Submission at its absolute discretion, including where it does not meet these requirements. Hoselink is under no obligation to use, publish or display any Submission.
Licence to use your photograph
18. This section is important. Please read it before you enter.
19. By submitting a photograph, you grant Hoselink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, crop, publish and display your Submission, in whole or in part, within Australia, for Hoselink’s advertising, marketing and promotional purposes.
20. This licence covers use across all digital channels, including paid advertising, organic social media, Hoselink websites, email, SMS and other electronic media. It does not extend to use in printed materials, and it does not extend to publication outside Australia.
21. Hoselink may use your Submission alongside your first name and state, if you have provided them. Hoselink will not publish your surname, email address, or full address.
22. You will not receive any payment or further consideration for the use of your Submission. To the extent permitted by law, you consent to any use of your Submission that would otherwise infringe your moral rights, including use without attribution and use in modified form.
23. This licence continues after the promotion ends and after you unsubscribe from Hoselink marketing. If you would like Hoselink to stop using your Submission in new material, contact hello@hoselink.com.au , Hoselink will use reasonable efforts to do so, but is not required to withdraw material already published or placed.
Your $10 discount code
24. Every valid entrant receives a single-use promotional discount code for $10 off a Hoselink order (the “Code”). The Code is sent to the email address provided.
25. Conditions of use:
i. the Code requires a minimum order value of $50 before shipping;
ii. the Code may be used once, on one order only;
iii. the Code is valid at hoselink.com.au only, and is not redeemable at any other Hoselink website, marketplace, retailer or reseller;
iv. the Code may be used in conjunction with other Hoselink offers and promotional pricing, including Black Friday pricing; and
v. the Code expires at 11:59pm AEDT on 30th November 2026.
26. The Code is not a gift card, is not stored value, and has no cash value. It is not transferable or resaleable, and no cash alternative, credit or refund will be provided in place of it.
27. If an order on which the Code was used is cancelled or returned, the Code is treated as used and will not be reissued. Any refund will be the amount actually paid.
28. Hoselink reserves the right to cancel any Code it reasonably believes has been obtained or used fraudulently, resold, shared publicly, or otherwise used in breach of these terms.
Product complaints
29. The Hose Amnesty is a marketing promotion. Submitting a photograph of a faulty or damaged Hoselink product is not a warranty claim, a return request, or a complaint under the Australian Consumer Law, and does not start or extend any claim period.

Part 4 , The Weekly Evolve Draw

Permits
31. The Weekly Evolve Draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
32. The total prize pool is $1,276.00, comprising four (4) prizes each valued at $319.00. On that basis no trade promotion permit is required in any Australian state or territory. In the Australian Capital Territory this promotion is conducted as an exempt lottery.
How to enter
33. There are two ways to enter, and both give you the same single entry:
i. complete the Weekly Evolve Draw entry form on hoselink.com.au, providing a valid email address and consenting to receive Hoselink marketing communications; or
ii. submit a valid entry to the Hose Amnesty (Part 3), which enters you into this draw automatically at no additional cost.
34. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address for the whole promotion period. Entering through both routes above, or submitting multiple entry forms, does not give you additional entries and does not improve your chance of winning.
35. One entry covers all four draws. Your entry remains in the barrel for every draw held on or after the date you entered, up until you win or the promotion ends.
36. Requesting the New Home Movers Pack (Part 5) does not enter you into this draw.
The prizes
37. There are four (4) prizes in total , one (1) prize per draw.
38. Each prize is one (1) Hoselink Evolve set-up, valued at $319.00 (RRP, including GST), comprising:
i. one (1) Evolve Retractable Hose Reel;
ii. one (1) Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer;
iii. one (1) set of Hoselink fittings;
iv. one (1) 2m leader hose; and
v. one (1) mounting bracket with screws.
39. Prize values are correct at the date these terms were prepared. Hoselink accepts no responsibility for any change in the value of a prize.
40. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided. Prizes cannot be redeemed for store credit or applied against another purchase.
41. Hoselink reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it to do so, including where stock is unavailable.
42. Prizes will be delivered to an Australian address at Hoselink’s cost. Hoselink does not deliver prizes outside Australia.
43. Standard Hoselink product warranties apply to prize items. Prize items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
The draws
44. Draws will be conducted electronically at random from all valid entries in the barrel at the time of the draw, at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, on the following dates:
i. Draw 1 , Tuesday 13 October 2026;
ii. Draw 2 , Tuesday 20 October 2026;
iii. Draw 3 , Tuesday 27 October 2026; and
iv. Draw 4 (final draw) , Tuesday 3 November 2026.
45. An entrant may win once only. Once an entrant has been drawn as a winner, their entry is removed from all subsequent draws.
46. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
Winner notification and claim
47. Each winner will be notified by email to the address provided on entry, within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.
48. To claim their prize, a winner must provide their first name, last name, contact phone number and Australian residential delivery address.
49. Hoselink will make two (2) attempts to contact each winner. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the second attempt, or is found to be ineligible, they forfeit the prize and Hoselink reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw for that prize on Tuesday 24 November 2026, at the same place and in the same manner. Any unclaimed prize winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of that draw.
50. Each winner’s first name and state will be published on hoselink.com.au and may be announced on Hoselink’s social media channels. Hoselink will not publish a winner’s surname, email address, phone number or full address.
51. Hoselink will only contact winners from an official @hoselink.com.au email address or Hoselink’s official social media accounts. Hoselink will never ask a winner for payment, bank details, or credit card information in order to release a prize. Please be alert to accounts impersonating Hoselink.

Part 5 , The New Home Movers Pack

52. The New Home Movers Pack is a free digital gardening guide covering soil, planting and setting up watering in a new garden.
53. It is not a competition and does not involve a prize draw. Requesting the New Home Movers Pack does not enter you into the Weekly Evolve Draw and does not entitle you to the Hose Amnesty discount code.
54. To receive it, you must provide a valid email address and consent to receive Hoselink marketing communications. Providing your region or postcode is optional and will not affect your access to the guide.
55. Limit of one (1) New Home Movers Pack per person and per email address.
56. The guide is displayed on screen on completion of the form and a link to the guide is also sent to the email address provided. If it does not arrive, please check your junk folder before contacting us.
57. The guide is provided in digital form only. No printed copy, physical pack, product or sample is provided.
58. The guide, and all text, images and other content in it, remains the property of Hoselink and is protected by copyright. You may download, keep and share the guide for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell it, republish it, or use it for any commercial purpose without Hoselink’s written permission.
59. The guide contains general gardening information only. It does not take account of your specific soil, climate, water restrictions, local council requirements or circumstances.
60. The guide is not professional horticultural, landscaping, arboricultural or safety advice, and should not be relied on as such. Please check your local water restrictions and seek professional advice where appropriate.
61. To the extent permitted by law, Hoselink accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information in the guide.

Part 6 , Privacy

62. Personal information collected through these promotions will be used to administer them , including issuing discount codes, conducting the draws, contacting and delivering prizes to winners, and sending the New Home Movers Pack , and, where you have consented, to send you Hoselink marketing communications.
63. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Hoselink’s Privacy Policy, available at hoselink.com.au, and will not be sold to any third party.
64. Information is stored and processed using Hoselink’s third-party entry and marketing platforms.
65. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any Hoselink email. Unsubscribing does not remove a valid entry from the Weekly Evolve Draw, and you may keep the New Home Movers Pack.

Part 7 , General

66. Hoselink accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering any of these promotions, accepting a prize, or using a prize.
67. Hoselink and its associated agencies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including consequential loss) or claim that may occur during a draw, in connection with the delivery or use of a prize, or as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected entries or technical malfunction.
68. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold Hoselink, its officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any claim, liability, cost or expense arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by that entrant.
69. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
70. Where any of these promotions is advertised on Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Entrants release each platform from any and all liability in connection with these promotions.
71. Hoselink reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any of these promotions at any time without prior notice, subject to any written direction of a relevant regulatory authority.
72. Hoselink reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in fraudulent or automated entry.
73. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
