Hoselink Terms & Conditions | Win a $500 Hoselink Gift Card

Introduction
1. The Hoselink '$500 Gift Card Giveaway' competition (the “Competition”) is promoted by Hose-Pro International Pty Ltd (“Hoselink”), ABN: 33 096 552 751. Address: 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, Australia. Ph 1300 900 617.
2. The Competition commences on 8th August 2026, and entries close 23:59 AEST 11th August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. The Competition is conducted on Instagram via Hoselink’s official account, @hoselinkaustralia. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with the Competition.
4. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
Eligibility to Enter
5. The Competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Hose-Pro International, their friends and family, and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
6. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you.
7. It is a condition of entry that Entrants agree to subscribe to Hoselink email marketing. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the Competition has been drawn.
How to Enter
8. To enter, Entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition period:
i. Follow @hoselinkaustralia on Instagram;
ii. Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post;
iii. Comment ‘giveaway’ on the giveaway post; and
iv. Reply to the direct message received from @hoselinkaustralia with your email address to subscribe to Hoselink email marketing.
9. All four steps must be completed before the Competition closes for an entry to be valid. Incomplete entries will not be included in the draw.
10. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Additional comments or tagging additional friends will not earn additional entries.
11. Tagged accounts must be real people. Entries tagging fake, spam, brand, celebrity, or duplicate accounts will be deemed invalid.
12. Entrants with private Instagram accounts must ensure Hoselink is able to verify that all entry steps have been completed. Entries that cannot be verified may be deemed invalid.
13. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
The Prize
14. There will be one (1) winner. The prize is one (1) digital Hoselink gift card to the value of AU$500, redeemable at hoselink.com.au.
15. The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner and is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
16. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
17. Hoselink reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it to do so.
Winner Draw and Announcement
18. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using a random name generator on 12th August 2026.
19. The winner will be notified via email and via direct message from @hoselinkaustralia on Instagram.
20. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to provide their first and last name, email address, phone number, and residential address.
21. Hoselink will make two attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second attempt, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Hoselink reserves the right to select and notify a new winner in the same manner.
22. The winner’s first name may be announced on Hoselink’s social media channels.
23. Hoselink will only contact Entrants from its official Instagram account, @hoselinkaustralia, or an official @hoselink.com.au email address. Hoselink will never ask Entrants for payment, bank details, or credit card information. Please be aware of scam accounts impersonating Hoselink.
Data Protection and Publicity
24. As an Entrant, you agree that any personal information you provide when entering the Competition will be used by Hose-Pro International for the purposes of administering the Competition and, where you have subscribed, for Hoselink email marketing in accordance with Hoselink’s Privacy Policy.
25. Personal information collected will not be passed on to any third party.
Limitation of Liability
26. Hose-Pro International accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Entrant as a result of participating in the Competition or being selected as the winner.
27. Hose-Pro International and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during the draw, in the participation in the prize, or as a consequence of late, lost, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions.
Indemnity
28. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold Hoselink, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions.
Release
29. By participating in the Competition, Entrants release Hose-Pro International from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the prize.
30. These terms and conditions have been drafted to comply with Australian law, and Entrants are encouraged to seek legal advice if they have any concerns or questions regarding their rights and obligations under these terms.
General
31. Hose-Pro International reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the Competition or amend these terms and conditions.
32. Hoselink reserves the right to disqualify any entry which, in its reasonable opinion, breaches these terms and conditions, is made using automated means, or involves fraudulent activity.
33. Hoselink is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions that may occur.
34. By participating in this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By applying for and using your Hoselink Commercial Membership, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Hoselink Commercial is available to approved businesses only (e.g. landscapers, retailers, tradies, property managers). Membership is granted at Hoselink’s sole discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You will be notified of your application outcome within 5 business days of submission. By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms upon approval.
You may sell in-store or directly to clients as part of your trade or service offering (e.g. installation, landscaping jobs, etc.).
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
All branding, product imagery, and marketing assets remain the property of Hose Pro International. Do not use our assets for promotion without prior written approval.
Standard product warranties apply. You are responsible for managing returns or warranty claims with your end customers unless otherwise agreed.
Hoselink reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time if terms are breached or if misuse is suspected.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of your membership means you accept the latest version. Wherever possible, Hoselink will provide notice in advance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
