The long shackle padlock fits through two holes at the back of the reel and behind the bottom pin of the wall bracket. Thereby securing the hose reel to the bracket.

The brass 40mm padlock comes with 2 keys. Given it's use outside, spraying occasionally with a lubricant may be of use to keep the key well working smoothly.

Due to the re-design of the Evolve Series Mounting Post, the padlock can also be used to secure your reel to the post!

Each Evolve Padlock comes with it's own unique set of keys.

    love the security

    very easy to apply these locks to my new hoselink wall mounted reels and hoses. I purchase them after install having not really considered theft as a problem. shortly thereafter purchased the padlocks specific to the reels as the hoselink is a premium product and priced accordingly. they are now safely locked with the padlocks. would recommend
