A. This is a manual winding hose reel with a crank handle. Please note it is NOT a retractable spring-loaded hose reel.
Q. Can I fit any hose into this box?
A. Yes, you can use any standard 12mm diameter garden hose inside the unit.
Q. What length of hose will the box take?
A. It takes up to 40m of 12mm hose.
Q. Does this product come with a hose?
A. Yes, this product comes with a hose pre-fitted. We also sell this product without a hose for those who want to load it with their own hose.
Q. What type of metal is the box made from?
A. It is zinc plated steel that has been powder coated.

AustraliaGreat product, exceptional quality. We unckuded the Hoselink 30m hose which makes the unit quite heavy so moving it around from tap to tap isn’t the easiest, suggest getting a different hose carrier for that. But for a single tap placement, it’s perfect!
AustraliaWas disappointed that the hose did not retract automatically like other units Was also disappointed that the hose got stuck when extending it like cheaper hose reels that you can buy at bunny's. Your other hose products are better. Wish I had just gone with the wall attachable product.

Australia AustraliaThe Hose Reel Box has certainly made a difference to the messy hose on our steep driveway. Only one problem so far. It must have not wound back in neatly enough as I had trouble pulling it out yesterday and had to open it up and shift the hose around on the roller. Easy enough to fix and not sure why it happened. Otherwise we are quite happy with it.

AustraliaQuality product. I was so impressed. I followed up this purchase by buying two sprinkler attachments from Hoselink. Hoselink’s quick response had the product in the post and under way very quickly. Package is now lost in Australia Post’s system. Apparently it went missing in Casino mail centre. Australia Post said they will check it out at the end of the month. Thankfully it has been p…ing down with rain so my yard hasn’t suffered too much
