An environmentally friendly way to water large trees and shrubs by delivering water directly to their roots underground.
The Hoselink Root Waterer & Soil Breaker attaches to your hose via the free Hoselink connector. As you start to depress the pole into the ground, press the trigger to release water. This will help the pole easily go into the ground to water roots.
By watering the roots of plants, you'll avoid wasting water through evaporation and ensure water is delivered directly to the roots.
You can also use this method to break up hard soil, making the removal of weeds or plants much easier.
The Root Water & Soil Breaker comes pre-fitted with a Hoselink Accessory Connector (12mm) for a quick and easy connection to your Hoselink fitted hose.

This product comes with a Hoselink connector included for quick connection to your Hoselink-fitted garden hose. If you are new to Hoselink then you will need to either convert your hose to Hoselink no-burst fittings (we recommend the Water Wise Starter Kit) or alternatively you can unscrew the Hoselink connector from this device and replace it with a standard click-on style male connector (please note we do not sell these).

AustraliaYep, it does what is says in regard to deep watering, soil breaking etc but it’s also really handy for watering pot plants accurately with out spill, or in any location where you need a directly flow of water in a precise spot. The review comment that swung me into buying this product was from a lady who said it’s handy to fill up the chooks water bowl through the mesh. It’s just a really handy watering tool - you’ll find lots of uses for it in addition to deep watering.
