AustraliaMy brother-in-law replaced the blade and screw and locknut on his pruners (I bought the items for him) and he did so without looking at the video or asking questions….only to find the pruners weren’t operating as they should - until I tightened up the Allen key screw! A small picture with the blade may help?

AustraliaVery Good but I would advise when selling those products containing pins and nuts and bolts that you supply a little plastic package of spare parts or even sell them as an extra with purchase. My pruning shears get a lot of heavy work and are sometimes used when a stronger tool is required.the ratchet action is what makes these pruners practical.I have even broken the blade on one pair that you kindly replaced.
