I tried with great effort to fix the leak between the spray head, its brass connecting fitting and the Wand tubing. With the three joints involved I was unable to undo them hoping to use PTFE tape to seal the leaks with no success. I contacted the companies Product Support to obtain assistance. With the result, they posted out a new Spray Head. This was no good because I could not undo the Spray Head. So I contacted Product Support again and explained this time to George the predicament. George completely understood the issue and said that he would post out a new Long-reach Shower Spray Wand. This was a great outcome with Hoselink's Product Support honouring their quality of their product by relacing their product completely even though their Spray Wand was out of warranty.

I have had too many shower wands in my 40 + years of gardening, this one saves me the most time in watering a large garden . So l purchased another one .Very impressed. Thankyou for a great product. The easy on and off lever is great, along with the amazing sprayhead too.. .Absolutely thrilled

I had 1 of these Spray wands that lasted for years. When it finally died, I bought another one. The newer one didn't even last 6 months. A little "pin" hole leak developed in the aluminum stem, so when using it, water would spray on me. Not a big problem at all. I taped it up and problem solved. Then, more little holes started to appear. In the end, I threw it away and stupidly, bought another one. The newest one I bought has now sprung a little pinhole as well. No doubt there will be more coming. This again is about 6 months old. Also, the black plastic ring at the nosepiece came off and a little piece of clear plastic started to come loose. This is not good enough to only last 6 months. Do NOT buy this product! If I could give this item zero stars I would have.
