As simple as our reels are to use, we would say the installation is definitely the most complicated part, or the part people are often most nervous about.

Well worry no more!
With an Australia wide, established Hose Reel installer network, covering all capital and most major regional areas of Australia. Have your brand new Hose Reel installed by one of our professional installers.

All mounting options are available for both Classic and Evolve™ Series Reels through the service.

- Wall Bracket (Timber/Brick)
- Mounting Post (Soil/Grass)
- Ground Mount (Timber/Masonry)

As well as a convenient option to remove and dispose of your old reel!

3 Step Process

Step 1: Confirm your location is eligible for installation using our Postcode checker.

Step 2: Add the installation type/service to the cart, add any additional items and make payment

Step 3: Your nominated Installer will contact you within 5 business days of your Hose Reel order being delivered, to arrange an installation time that suits

Terms and Conditions:

Inclusions:

Assembly and installation of Hoselink retractable hose reel.
Fixing to brick or timber walls where reliable and secure mounting is available.
Fixing to Hoselink Mounting post
Mounting position for timber walls depends on the location and availability of wall studs.
Wall plugs and screws where required. Additional fasteners required may incur additional charges.
Removal of packaging.
12 Month Warranty on installation service.

Exclusions:

Hose reel or feeder hose modifications. The tap must be within 1.5m of the installation location; otherwise, an additional leader hose may be required to be purchased.
Mounting to Hebel, Plaster or Sandstone, or walls unable to support the weight and load of the product.
Mounting Post installation excludes any digging into rock/concrete.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Installation price based on one unit.
Products must be on-site before installation.
Disposal of old hose reels is not a part of this service; this can be arranged for an additional charge.
If an Installer attends site per an agreed time and cannot gain access or complete the installation, a callout fee of up to $75 may apply.

Q: On what surface can a Hose reel be installed?

A: The Hose Reel can be mounted in a few different ways. These include Wall Mounted on timber/brick and weatherboard walls where reliable, flat and secure mounting is available. A Fixed Ground Mount solution is available on Timber/Brick/Concrete. The Hose Reel can also be mounted on a Mounting Post into soil or grass.

Q: What locations do you provide the installation service for?

A: We have a network of installers covering the majority of metro and major regional cities across Australia.

Q: I have just purchased my Hose reel and have also paid for the installation; now what?

A: You will be contacted by our nominated installer within 5 business days of order delivery, to confirm installation details and time.

Q: Is there an option to take away my old Hose reel after the new one has been installed?

A: Absolutely. We can take away and dispose of your old Hose reel for $35.

Q: Can you install a Hose reel if no one is home?

A: This is possible, but you need to discuss this with the installer once they make contact to book the installation.

Q: How much does it cost for the installation of my Hose reel/reels

A: The cost for a standard wall installation into Timber/Brick is $120, with discounts starting from 20% for any subsequent installations in the same job. Please refer to the Bulk Pricing table below.

The cost of the mounting post into soil/grass is $220; this includes the concrete for the installation and the extra time required on-site by the installer. No discount is available for multiple installs.

Hose Reel Installation
Slow to contact. Missed call but did not follow up. When I mentioned this, I got this reponse, 'Didnt want to annoy the client'. I don't have a message bank and couldn't see where the call came from. The customer help person was not easy to understand (they had pronouciation difficulties which is common when English is not one's first language. I say this gently, not to cause insult).
