Replacement Stopper Balls are now available for Hoselink Retractable Hose Reels.
Damaged the stopper ball on your Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel? This problem is easily resolved by replacing it with this spare part.
What does the stopper ball do?
It becomes the stop point for the hose retracting, otherwise it would retract right into the hose reel casing, rendering it unusable. Place the stopper ball about 0.5m from the spray end to allow the sprayer to hang below the reel and be easy to grab whenever you need to water.
How to replace
Easily replace the stopper ball on your Retractable Hose Reel by removing the two screws from the ball and putting the new one in place. It’s important you clamp the hose to ensure it doesn’t retract into the reel while replacing the stopper. Retrieving the hose end if this happens is very difficult and best avoided.

This product is suitable for Hoselink's 14mm Hi-Flow Retractable Hose Reel model only. If you need the 12mm Hose Reel stopper ball, please follow this link: https://www.hoselink.com.au/products/retractable-hose-reel-stopper-ball-white-12mm

Great customer service, very happy with hoselink in overall
It was great very easy to fit but i was very surprised that you have to purchase the little stoppers that cover the screws i would think that they should come as a complete set Regards Patrick Hornby
My old hose ball had a screw with a non standard head that I couldn’t remove and I needed more length on my hose. This has a standard Phillips head screw that was easy to install. It was surprisingly hard to find a stand-alone hose ball. They were all attached to hoses.
