For use with Hoselink Retractable Hose Reels.
Hoselink Retractable Hose Reels come fitted with a 2m leader hose. By adding the 1.5m Leader Hose Extension it creates a 3.5m long hose between the tap and Hose Reel.
By adding the 5m Leader Hose Extension to the Reel, you create a 7m long hose between the tap and Hose Reel.
The Beige Leader Hose Extension comes in a 1.5m or 5m length with a Hose Connector fitted on either end. Simply connect one end to the Tap Connector and the other end to the Hose Reel Leader Hose.
As the Leader Hose Extension provides additional length, there will be a join between two Hose Connectors where the Extension connects to the Hose Reel Leader Hose. This is completely safe due to the no-burst nature of Hoselink Hose Fittings.
The Leader Hose Extension is not a no-kink hose, so it is only recommended for extending the reach of the Hose Reel Leader Hose.
Please note that the 25m Hi-flow Retractable Hose Reel has a larger internal diameter hose, so you will need to select the Hi-Flow Leader Hose Extension for this reel.
The Hose and Fittings are covered by a 2-year warranty.
All Hoselink garden hoses are BPA and lead-free.

Q. Can I use the Hi-Flow Leader Hose Extension with your regular Hoselink retractable reels?
A. Yes, you can. The Hi-Flow Leader Hose Extension is fitted with 14mm Hoselink fittings, which are compatible with regular 12mm fittings. In fact, it may even assist with better water flow to the hose reel.

We fell in love with hoselink systems a few years ago so when we built a new home we installed the retractable hose system but it was on the side of the house and the lawns and gardens were round the front. To water we had to pull the hose all the way down the driveway and onto the cul de sac. Bought an extension, new post and additional connector. We now have the hose reel sitting in the garden and life is much simpler. The lovely green patterned cover makes it blend in with my gardenias and I am very happy!
