Has your nice but naughty dog chewed the hose in your retractable hose reel and left it leaking? Accidentally cut the hose with a tool or ran over it with the lawnmower?
You can now fix any small hose using the 14mm Retractable Reel Hose Repair Kit. This kit will enable you to cut out and repair the damaged hose section, so you can continue to use your hose reel.
The kit includes 1x Plastic Double Ended Barb, 2x Easy Lock Hose Clamps, and 2x Pieces of Heat Sealing Shrink Wrap and an Instruction Sheet. The whole process takes about 15 minutes and is easy enough for anyone to complete.
This kit is designed specifically for use with the 14mm Hoselink Classic Hi-flow Retractable Hose Reel and is not suitable for use with 12mm hoses.

AustraliaUnfortunatly, I am unable to recommend this product. I watched the installation video, and followed the steps correctly. However, with the clamps sticking out on 1 side of the hose, it means that in order for the hose to go through the roller guides on the hose reel, the hose needs to be in the correct orientation. This means that if it is not in the correct orientation, it gets jammed. On top of this, when it gets jammed, it has started to damage the heat shrink protecting the join. I expect that this will create a leak over time.

AustraliaHaving put up with bulky clip-based off-the-shelf hose joiners for decades and the ongoing need to release them from corners of structures when extending the hose, I fanally found Hoselink's solution. Beautifully engineered and relatively simple to fit, the joiner has solved the problem and stands out as a solution that no-one else has available. Not cheap, but a fair price for a stunning product.
AustraliaThe clips seem too big to fit through the rollers on the hose reel. Really have to use force to get them through.
Hi Brenden, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You will need to clip the clamps together for them to hold in place. There shouldn't be any problems with them fitting through the rollers on the Hose Reel unless you have ordered the incorrect size repair kit. We do have both a 12mm and 14mm option which are for our standard Hose Reels and the Hi-Flow option. If you have ordered the incorrect size, we can definitely send the correct item out for you. AustraliaWe tried to make thos work, but couldnt make it fit. We think that perhaps on a 14mm hose the clamps just cant get close enough. Aftee buying 3 kits, i called your store, i was met by a delightful customer service lady. I brought the reel to you, and your techician fixed it for me, he also was so polite and helpful.
