If your solar light is not turning on, this can usually be resolved by following the steps below:

Step 1: Check solar light power is activated

• Confirm the on/off switch on the back of the light is set to ON.

Step 2: Charge the solar light

• Place the light in direct sunlight for 6–8 hours.
• Ensure the solar panel is facing the sun during charging.

Step 3: Check sun exposure

• Ensure the solar light has adequeate sun exposure
• Note: In winter or during cloudy weather, charging performance may be reduced.

Step 4: Check battery Condition

• If the light is over 12 months old, the battery may need replacing.
• Replacement batteries are available for purchase from Hoselink.
