Remove spray nozzle from hose connection and compare the water pressure to when the spray nozzle is attached to ensure there is no blockage.

Pull the full length of the hose out to ensure there are no kinks. Turn the tap on fully to remove any pinch points.

Reverse the water flow by attaching the main length of the hose to the tap and turning the tap on fully to dislodge any potential blockages. 

Note: Water flow in retractable hose reels is reduced when compared to a standard garden hose, regardless of the brand.
