What is a Pre-Order?
When Pre-Ordering you pay in full now to secure stock arriving on the arrival date.
Pre-Order Arrival Date
The arrival date is the date that we expect to receive the goods into our Sydney warehouse. There are many factors that can affect the arrival date, including production, shipping, processing at port, quarantine, customs clearance and container delivery to our warehouse. Please note that this is an expected arrival date and is subject to change.
Updates & Notification
To receive any updates we recommend entering an email at checkout rather than mobile number. If significant delays are expected to the arrival date, we will update you via email. Once your order is ready for delivery from our warehouse, you will receive a Dispatch email notification.
Ordering Multiple Items
If you are ordering multiple products including a pre-ordered item, the order will be delivered once everything is in stock after the arrival date. To receive in stock items now and pre-ordered items later, we recommend placing 2 separate orders.
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
