Kit includes: 15m Misting Kit with Directional Heads, Misting Timer and Tap Connector.
Perfect for your outdoor entertaining area or greenhouse, each outlet emits a very fine misting spray to supply a cooling, dampening effect to your patio, plants and animals or wherever else you need it. The timer frequency can be set at short intervals for the perfect cool environment.
Misting Kit
The fully customisable kit features a 15m long, 5mm diameter PVC tube with 9 misting connections, 2 'L' joints, 2 'I' joints and 1 'T' joint to suit your area. The misting kit comes with a FREE Hoselink Universal Tap Connector and Accessory Connector for quick connection to your hose. Each misting outlet can be inserted into the tubing between any distance up to 1.5m.

Where to attach
Attach to walls, beams or the underside of roofing using the supplied hanging snap clips or nail with supplied clips for more permanent fixing
How to connect to the water supply
This kit is supplied with a Hoselink Accessory Connector so you will need additional parts to connect to the tap. Depending on the distance between the tap and where the kit will be loacted, you can either connect the kit to a Hoselink-fitted hose or to a Hoselink Tap Connector (supplied in kit).
Water Pressure
Be sure to use LOW water pressure with this unit - a quarter turn of the tap will suffice in most situations. High water pressure may result in burst hoses which will void the warranty.
Misting Timer
Use this specialised timer with a misting watering system in outdoor entertaining areas and greenhouses.
Frequency options: 30s, 1min, 2min, 3min, 5min, 10min, 15min, 30min, 60min, 2hr, 6hr, 24hr
Run time options: 5s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 30s, 1min, 2min, 5min, 15min, 30m, 60m
Requires 3 x AAA batteries, not included.

Q. How long is the hose from the tap?
A. This is a fully customisable kit so you can cut the 15m hose as it best suits your situation.
Q. What do I do if I want to set up the kit far away from the tap?
A. You can attach a regular hose to the connection point where you want to start the misting system.
Q. What the best way to set up the system if I'm using it in an outdoor entertaining area?
A. It's best to have the misting heads located just outside where people will be sitting, and not directly overhead (or over tables, etc). When using the system with the Misting Timer (recommend for this purpose), there is some residual dripping from the heads when the water stops. It's best for you and your guests to enjoy the mist without dripping on your head.

AustraliaThe system is good quality and easy to set up and install. I purchased this misting kit to keep our alfresco cool. Unfortunately, the nozzles drip after each cycle resulting in puddles of water on the floor. I was able to minimize the drippage by increasing the period between mist cycles and reducing the misting time, as well as adjusting the water pressure, but it still persists. I spoke with the HoseLink support team and they informed me that because of the tubing between each misting head, there will be a drippage no matter what as water will get trapped between the piping. Sadly there is no way to stop this drip. When the cycle is done, the residual water between each one will come out through the misting heads. Something to be aware of if you are intending on installing this kit on your patio/alfresco area. Perhaps if the system had an auto drain valve to relieve the pressure it would work better.

AustraliaThe product is good, could be improved as it still drips when you turn it off. Where is the mister system that doesn't drip. Our friend had this product 7 years ago and no improvement since.

Unfortunately, with the water that remains in the hose, this means there will always be a drip once the water is turned off at the tap. It has been on our product teams list for a while but we have not come up with a suitable solution. Australia AustraliaThe mister is a great however it does not include a drain valve and the mister system was dripping on our deck when it was turned off and we had to purchase a valve from Bunnings. The customer service rep on the phone at Hoselink was very helpful and gave us a credit for the store due to the inconvenience. We have purchased several other items and they have been excellent.

I would possibly prefer for the range and length of the mist to be a little greater, however I have never used one before so have nothing to compare to. All in all though I am very happy with the product.

Australia AustraliaThe product is great and affordable, however I did find a hole in the pipe which was not a great problem as I removed and replaced the section. I added extra 8mm saddles to hold the pipe neatly to my structure (sourced elsewhere as I could not find them on your web site) and everything is running well.
