No-Burst Guarantee

Hoselink guarantees that a correctly fitted Hose Connector will never burst off your hose!  If it does, we will send you replacement Hose Connectors within the warranty period.

NB: Hoselink will not be held liable for any water damage or loss of water in the event our hose fittings do burst or break.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Additional Hose Pro Warranties

Hoselink also offers additional warranty periods against defects on most of our products (see schedule below for guidelines). Warranty periods are effective from the date of purchase and are noted against each product on our website.  You also have consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (see above).

We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.  Warranties are extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.

This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Hoselink product used in connection with a Hoselink product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.

If you believe that a Hoselink Product has an unsatisfactory defect, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance, via telephone, our website or email.   Depending on the claim we will require evidence of the defect via email or post.

We encourage the notification of claims under this warranty within 14 days by offering to pay for the return of a Product where a claim is notified within that time and we determine that the Product is defective. Other cases will be considered on their merits.

Replacement Products are covered by the same Hoselink warranty as well as by consumer guarantees (see Consumer Guarantees above). Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.   Hoselink will cover all postage costs for defective item claims but this must be arranged and agreed with Customer Service before any item is returned.

You will need to provide details of the original purchaser, order number (if known), and details regarding the product fault. Emailing a (small size) photo showing the problem is often helpful in expediting the claim, and may be requested in some cases.
Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased, or the closest available product in our current range. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. If we require you to return the item to use for inspection, we will supply you with a return shipping label, at no cost to you.
