I had a mild suspicion I was ‘over-catering’ for my gardening with this purchase, but was I mistaken. The click and pull size adjusters at the neck and high hip ensure a perfect fit for whoever is using it. The utility pockets for tools, twine, etc. are just enough. I try to ignore my mobile phone whilst gardening, but my husband isn’t always happy about that, especially if he’s out and about. Hence, the tighter, top square pocket is perfect for staying available or making notes. Would buy this again in a heart-beat. Makes sense as a gift as well. You’ve done it again, Hoselink!
Mostly pretty good, however there is one flaw. The waist band straps slip off the snap in clips and are very difficult to keep tight.
The apron needs to be made of a stronger material. As it drags on your neck. It does have plenty of pockets and overall a good design.
On my first time wearing, the adjustable clip cane off the belts. As a result ,one half of the neck belt clip was lost. If clip problem could be resolved, the apron would be excellent for the intended purpose. Regards Sandy McGill
The apron is strong and roomy. Can be a bit weighted on your neck with too many objects in pockets. It is possible to make it a waisted apron which is a big bonus.
It’s great but heavy around my neck. If it was crossed at the back might even the weight.
The garden apron! A brilliant product to have the tools with you when you need them. So many pockets in a comfortable design! Also useful for field work. I purchased the apron for my work as a soil and environment scientist. Usually on field projects we need a lot of equipment and to work with hands free. I thought the apron would be better than large cumbersome bags.
Been looking for ages for a garden apron love it
I recently bought the hose link apron for my mum as she was always complaining about carting around all her garden tools. Now every time I go round to visit she is always in her apron and loves it so it makes a great addition to the hose link hose
