Hoselink Commercial Membership – Terms & Conditions

By applying for and using your Hoselink Commercial Membership, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility & Application
Hoselink Commercial is available to approved businesses only (e.g. landscapers, retailers, tradies, property managers). Membership is granted at Hoselink’s sole discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You will be notified of your application outcome within 5 business days of submission. By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms upon approval.
Membership Benefits
As a Commercial Member, you gain access to:
- Exclusive pricing
- Priority support
- Dedicated ordering portal
- Access to marketing materials (where applicable)
- Access to wholesale-only promotions (note: commercial members do not have access to general customer promotions or Hoselink’s customer loyalty program)
Resale Restrictions
You may not sell Hoselink products online without prior consent, including but not limited to:
- Your own website
- Amazon, eBay, or any other online marketplace
- Social media marketplaces (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop)
You may sell in-store or directly to clients as part of your trade or service offering (e.g. installation, landscaping jobs, etc.).
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
Pricing & Ordering
- All commercial pricing is confidential and for your business use only.
- Orders must be placed via the official Hoselink Commercial Portal or Sales Team.
Advertising & Digital Use
Members are strictly prohibited from:
- Running paid search or social media advertisements using Hoselink branding or product names
- Purchasing domain names, ad keywords, or search terms that include “Hoselink” or any Hoselink product names (including variations or misspellings)
- Creating or implying official association in advertising without written approval
Intellectual Property
All branding, product imagery, and marketing assets remain the property of Hose Pro International. Do not use our assets for promotion without prior written approval.
Returns & Warranty
Standard product warranties apply. You are responsible for managing returns or warranty claims with your end customers unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Hoselink reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time if terms are breached or if misuse is suspected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of your membership means you accept the latest version. Wherever possible, Hoselink will provide notice in advance of changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
