Hose Size: Hoselink Hose Fittings fit 12mm (1/2 inch) garden hoses only. This is the standard size garden hose. PLEASE NOTE our fittings DO NOT fit the commercial size 18mm hoses.

Q: What is the difference between the Ned Kelly and the Premium Ned Kelly Starter Kits?

- I purchased several hose llink fittings for my husband for Christmas. He hadn't heard of them before then. After installing them all and using them he was very impressed with the design and simplicity of it. He kept saying they are so well designed. Simple but so effective. He did mention one thing that he thought would be an improvement and that was the rounding off of the edges of the white pointers that you line up to put the fittings together. He thought they cut in a little however after using the fittings more it hasn't been a real problem. I particularly like the nozzle with the Ned Kelly kit. It gives a good variety of spray options and feels good to hold.

Long Lasting
- I needed a new hose real about 10 years ago, went to a hardware shop (Bunnings I think) and bought a Sabco Hoselink hosereal, I wanted one that was a bit better than the cheap ones that leak and pack up all the time, I was sick of those. When I set it up I noticed these unusual hose fittings (Hoselink) that I had never seen before. It was ok because there were adapters in the pack to connect to my existing fittings so all was good, but I was curious and had a good look at these. They looked great, no moving parts to jam or calcify up (normal clip on fittings jam up with limestone out of our water). In the past I had bought Brass clip ons because of the problems with plastic ones but they jam up to and you cannot unhook your hose accessories (absolute pain in the rear end). I have used this hosereal for about 10 years, and abused it and the only problem I had was the hose developed a pinhole in it which I cut out and joined. Not bad when most hoses usually go hard, crack and break after about 5 or 6 years in our area, this hose is still soft and pliable. The only other thing that broke was the round plastic guide on the hosereal itself and that was because I ran out of hose and kept pulling the hose sideways (me being a bit rough). As to the fittings, unreal I have never had a problem with them even the clip on adapter, fantastic, well done Hoselink. I did have a problem trying to find where I could buy these fittings, no one seemed to have a clue, but finally after the 10 years or so I saw your add on TV. I have not purchased any yet as I only just found your website but you have a fantastic product, from the reviews your service is great and your Australian owned as well what more could anyone want. Unfortunately I have a lot of fittings that I will have to replace so it will probably set me back a quid or two but it will pay off in the long run because they are so trouble free and hardy. To all of you at Hoselink a very WELL DONE !!!!

- Hello there, my small complaint is about the clip that holds the opperating trigger in place. On one of the hand pieces the clip was so tight we could not use it, and one day whilst trying to press it on it pinged off into oblivion never to be seen again. The other hand piece clip just decided not to hang around any longer and one day just dissappeared. This to us is by no means a bad reflection on the product, and as far as I am cocerned these thing just happen. It will not stop us from recomending your products to our friends.

- Great but I found my friends trigger gun better than mine inasmuch as it could be softened with a side button/ lever which we loved and I wished I had, as I have used the spray gun for washing doggy and it was better having a pressure adjuster to wash the dogs face. Also I would have loved soak next to spray on the dial as I use these two the most and presently they are far part. But otherwise an excellent product

- My backyard tap and hose/fitting was constantly blasting off, but I've started using the Hoselink fittings it hasn't happened again since. I'm now looking at replacing my front garden tap with the same starter kit. Can definitely recommend.

- Only disadvantage is it is not interchangable with other products. Hence you need to change the fittings on all of your hoses. The hose connection is still basically on the same principle as all the others except that it is a much better design others are just inadequate and not suitable for long term use. Harry

- After months of seeing the ads on TV, finally gave in and purchased the Ned Keller Starter Kit. Its the first time I've found the claims on TV were actually true. Since using this kit we have had no leaks or bursting hoses - its been fantastic. We can turn the tap on full - and know that we wont end up soaking wet. And no wet patches on the deck! We then purchased the retractable hose which came with the necessary attachments and a sprinkler - again - perfect. Poor soaker function
- The connections are great, but the guns are poor, the soaker selection is pethtic, just like using a bare hose and placing your thumb over it, no reasonable response from customer service when issue was raised. I bought 2 sets both guns the same.

The design of the soaker is intended to water the roots of plants directly at a very short distance as to not disturb the soil. When used for that purpose, it does a good job. - I bought this set for our business, it's used mostly for washing customers vehicles. Our hose was fairly old and thin so when we used the new connections it blew holes everywhere in the hose because of the great pressure we now have. Would recommend this product (I will be buying a set for home), just make sure you have a decent hose.

I'm normally a very cautious person when it comes to purchasing products advertised on TV, especially when they are only available from the manufacturer/advertiser. So, when I placed my order on the 9th I figured that at most all I had to loose was $71, so into the void I jumped. 9am this morning (11th) my delivery arrived by courier, by 9.30am I had the products installed and by 9.45am I was telling my wife that these were the best hose fitting I have ever used! They are exceptional.
I am particularly impressed with the ergonomics of the adapter connectors - an absolute pleasure to hold. The multi nozzle hand piece is brillant.
And value for money - say no more! I rarely provide feedback on products unless requested, but on this occasion, being so impressed by your products living up to the advertised claims, I felt the least I could do was provide a sincere acknowledgement of your product and level of service. - The best part of this package is there are no leaks. I was dragging a 30 mtr hose by the nozzle (I wouldn't normally do this) to put the strength of the assembly to the test. The hose got caught on an obstacle and pulled me off balance. I used the hose to steady me which saved a fall. I am not the weight of a car but I was very impressed that the security of the hose and fittings did not fail. I have found that sometimes the hose needs to be twisted to align the nozzle in the direction you want to spray. A swivel between the hose and nozzle would be handy. I also appreciate this is not so much of a problem when the entire hose is spread out.

- Easy to connect fitting to tap (if any leak is evident it will be from the body of the tap itself and not at the connection to the hose).
Hose is firmly attached to the connector and will not accidentally pull out. It is easy to remove the hose fitting from the tap fitting with just a quick turn of the quick lock fitting.
The metal 8 function spray gun is easy to use in a variety of spray patterns and firmly attached with no leakage. Yet it can be easily removed if required with a quick turn of the quick lock fitting. (As I have a large garden, I bought a second spray gun , but this had a fault in it. However on reporting this to Hoselink they had no hesitation in replacing it free of charge).

I love the sturdiness of the nozzle and how solid and easy to use and most of all I love that it does not leak not even the littlest bit. Once they are clicked onto the hose there is no getting them off. They are a very well made product and sturdy as. It is a pleasure to use a product that is Australian, inexpensive, and really does what the maker says. I am rapt.

- Without a doubt the best garden hose fittings I have ever used. Joining hose to hose is easy. It took me a while too fully understand the brilliance of this system but now I get it. It won't be long before everyone is using Hoselink. I did have an issue with one of the spray guns I bought a few years back but I feel Hoselink really looked after me.

- I first bought hoselink connectors when they were briefly available in a local hardware store. After years of use and abuse (I use them to join several hoses across paddocks to get water to moveable troughs, so they were driven over and horses trod on them - one horse regularly tried to chew them to pieces!) they have finally died. I cannot think of any other hose fitting that would have done the job. They did not come apart or leak, so I never had to worry about being away for the day. - I was really depressed when I could not find these in the Hardware store as my old ones had worn out(after a stack of years and abuse on my boat) So,great to see them available again the most reliable fittings on the market bar none. Still have a few older fittings left so hopefully can fit onto my high pressure cleaner-otherwise will need to put in another order!

Changing washers and hose fittings is usually a job we old ladies leave for one of the men in our lives, but where are they when you need them? I couldn't wait to get going so, after watching Hoselink's video online, I thought,

absooolutely perfect, no leaks, should have bought two sets. I will get another in a near future. Just a piece of advice, get a male connector and a click on adapter if you use seaweed in bunnings bought click on applicators.

Trying is believing
I'm new to Hoselink products but I have to say so far so good. I use premium hoses already so maybe that was the reason why the actual fitting of the product was so easy. While the instructive video for installing the new fittings is very good, it is much easier to do, than you would first think after watching the video. I get a strong sense that I'm using a quality product when using Hoselink and definitely no leaks! However, I must say in this current hot weather I miss the incessant trickle of water down my arms from the previous product I used. I also use other Hoselink products and they deliver the promise.
