Hoselink No-Burst Hose Fittings
Hoselink Hose Fittings are patented and completely different to all other hose fittings on the market!
Other hose fittings have ‘click-on’ parts that can leak and burst off and retention claws that bend inwards or break. The Hoselink system completely replaces the click-on style hose fittings.
The unique design of Hoselink Hose Fittings makes connecting and joining the Hoselink Hose Fitting system simple and easy for everyone.

Why are they special?
Unlike other hose fittings currently on the market, Hoselink Hose Fittings:
- Do not leak at the tap
- Do not leak when joined to one another
- Do not blow off the hose under pressure
- Do not leak at the hose connection
- Do not leak at the accessory connection, and
- Fittings join easily and have a long life span, even under tough operating conditions.
O Ring to O Ring Seal
Hoselink Hose Connectors lock together by way of a bayonet type connection.
The watertight seal is achieved by a unique O-Ring to O-Ring seal that has never before been used for hose fittings.
O-Rings normally obtain a seal by either the outside or inside diameter sealing against a hard surface.
Hoselink developed a new method of sealing the face of one O-Ring against the face of another O-Ring.
Thanks to this unique technology, this means:
1. The seal is 100 per cent watertight
2. The face of each Hoselink component is identical
As the face of each fitting is identical, they are interchangeable with each other.
For example, either end of the hose may be connected to the tap, accessory, or to another hose fitted with a Hoselink hose fitting.
3. The hose connectors can withstand very high water pressure
The unique O-Ring design allows for high water pressure to be released at around 400psi, which is approximately 4 times the water pressure of Sydney mains.
Barbed Stem and White Split Ring
The hose is held in place securely over a barbed stem.
A split ring is compressed over the hose, behind the barb, thereby making it impossible for the hose to burst off the fitting.
Once the clean-cut end of the hose sits at the bottom of the fitting, it is gripped from the inside by the barb and from the outside by the split ring. This is how Hoselink guarantees the hose will never burst out of the fitting.
Simply place a hand on either side of the fittings and ‘point and twist’ to connect or disconnect them.
This simple design is suitable for users of any age, including for those with arthritic hands.
The smooth elongated egg shape of the joined fittings also means they easily slide around the garden and do not catch.
Join Multiple Hoses with Ease
As there is no male or female thread, this permits multiple hoses to be joined together without the need of a separate joiner.
This provides a level of versatility not seen in hose fittings previously.
Compatible with Your Other Watering Accessories
Using Hoselink hose fittings means replacing the click-on style hose fittings.
It is important that there is compatibility between the 2 types of fittings as many users have existing watering accessories they want to continue using.
Hoselink hose fittings are compatible in one of two ways:
Option 1 - Replace old fitting with Hoselink
Option 2 - Use an adaptor
Simply unscrew the click-on fitting from the watering accessory and replace with a Hoselink Accessory Connector
Use a Click-on Adaptor when the click-on fitting is moulded into the watering accessory.
Built to Last
Hoselink Hose Fittings have no moving parts, which makes them more durable and secure.
They are made from nylon, which is a very strong plastic that is designed to last for many years in the harshest Australian conditions.
Hoselink Hose Fittings were awarded the 2013 Australian Business Award for Product Excellence. The Australian Business Award for Product Excellence recognises market-leading products that demonstrate product superiority and offer a point of difference from competitors.
