Q. Will this kit fit my tap?
A. Yes, the included Universal Tap Connector fits the 2 common tap sizes found in Australia, by way of use with or without the included size reducer.
Q. Can I use this kit with a recycled water tap?

AustraliaI have not used this as yet as I still have got the old one on. I was disappointed as I thought it was metal same as the current one, however it is plastic & I am concerned it may not last as long as the old one has! I have used the old one for many years & love it!

Hi Janis, thank you for your the review, appreciate your feedback. If you are referring to the retractable hose reels, due to them being spring loaded, they will require some strength to pull the hose out therefore, if you have shoulder problems - this is not the product for you. We can reduce the tension slightly but it does need to remain quite tight to ensure the hose continues to fully retract. We can certainly discuss this for you if you are struggling. AustraliaI have 2 x 20,m hose reels for about 15 years now without any problems until 2 months ago when the recoil stopped working have since replaced with a new one old one still fine just no longer rewinds in ,there is no doubt in mind that hoselink products are simply the best out there and do hesitate to recommend to people tanks hoselink for making realy good products i could not be happier cheers guys Dave

I immediately called the customer support line and the lady was courteous, helpful and professional. She ordered me a new part and it was sent out within 24 hours. Very impressive. The flow control sprayer works like a treat - no leaks.
