Not as happy as many others

I must admit I brought the secateurs because of the bright colour and also because I needed them but I have trouble with the black clip that holds them open and shut. It doesn't open and close properly and so they are uncomfortable to use. Unfortunately I have only used them a few times.
Thank you for leaving us a review with your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the secateurs, however we are delighted to have been able to offer you an alternative item to better suit your gardening needs. The ratchet pruners are made with comfort in mind and are an excellent quality product that we are confident you will find much easier to use when pruning thanks to their ergonomic design.
