Tim Kierath, Chairman and Founder

Tim has an accounting background but has always been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures until 1999 when he became heavily involved in the start up of Hoselink. He has headed the business since then and has overseen all the business stages from design, prototype, testing, manufacturing and distribution of the product throughout Australia, UK and USA.

Ben Kierath, Manager

Ben has an IT security background in both large financial organisations and in his own business in partnership with his brother James. He has been involved in the business in an ad hoc capacity for many years and finally joined the company full time in 2010 as a Manager overseeing all aspects of the business, predominantly the operational and website aspects. Ben is passionate about ensuring customers have an excellent experience with Hoselink and has proven to be a fantastic asset in moving Hoselink forward.

James Kierath, Manager

James has an IT Infrastructure background, working in large financial organisations and running his own business in partnership with his brother Ben. Like Ben, he has been involved in the business for many years and happily made the decision to join full time in 2011. With a keen eye for detail, James’ focus is on the development of new products and growing Hoselink in overseas markets.

Michelle Di Micco, Office Manager

Michelle has a diverse background including customer service, office administration and HR and joined Hoselink in 2009 as a customer service representative. She now oversees the Customer Service team, runs the office and is involved in many of our marketing initiatives.
